Connect to your applicant tracker system
How and when will new applicants receive an email
Introduction
This integration allows you to connect CrewPlanner to a selection of applicant tracker systems. Once a connection is made, you will be able to send invites to all new applicants once they are in the hiring stage with the press of a button. If you wish to activate this integration, please contact your account manager.
Connect to your applicant tracker system
Once the integration has been activated, you will be able to connect by selecting CONNECT.
A pop-up will appear with the list of available applicant tracker systems with which you can connect.
Once you select your 3rd party applicant system, the further steps on how to connect with CrewPlanner will be explained in the pop-up.
Once you have connected with the 3rd party, you will be able to select a hiring stage. This will determine at what stage in your hiring process applicants should receive an invitation to CrewPlanner.
How and when will new applicants receive an e-mail
Once the preferred hiring stage is set and SAVE is selected, applicants in this hiring stage will be sent an invitation e-mail to create their account in CrewPlanner.
You will need to select SAVE every time you wish to invite new applicants to CrewPlanner, this is not automated.
CrewTip! Please note that once the applicant reaches the selected hiring stage in the 3rd party system, this data will need to be synced to their database before this information can feed into CrewPlanner and the applicants who need to be invited can be identified. Therefore, we suggest leaving 2-4 hours between allocating the selected hiring stage in the 3rd party system before selecting SAVE on the integrations page.
Each time SAVE is selected it will automatically send out invitations to all applicants who have reached your selected hiring stage.
