Introduction
Set cards can be used to share your employees' profile in a nice overview with your client. You have the option to select which employee information you wish to add to the set card and you can also customise the background colour of these cards.
Where can you export set cards
You have the option of exporting set cards either via the employee page or via the project details page.
Employees page
On the employees page you have the option of exporting set cards for ALL employees, or you can use the filters on this page to create the desired selection for whom you wish to create set cards.
When you are ready to export the set cards, all you need to do is select the arrow next to EXPORT.
Select Export as set cards to start creating your set cards.
A pop-up will appear in which you can select the fields of information which need to be included on your set cards.
Once you have included the desired information, you select EXPORT TO PDF. A new tab will open in your internet browser where the generated set cards can be previewed and downloaded as a pdf file.
Project details page
You can also export set cards for all scheduled workers of a specific project, to do so you navigate to the project details page and select this icon.
You will receive the same pop-up as previously explained, in which you select the information you wish to add to the set cards and select EXPORT TO PDF.
A new tab will open in your internet browser where the generated set cards can be previewed and downloaded as a pdf file.
What can be included on a set card

If you set up custom fields for the employees you will also be able to select these here to be added onto your set cards.
How does a set card look
Set cards will be generated as an A4 document in landscape, the information can be found on the left-hand side and the profile picture on the right-hand side. At the top right corner of the page, your account logo is displayed as per your CrewPlanner settings.
Configure the background colour of your set of cards
By default, your set cards do not include a background colour. However, you do have the option to adjust this background colour to match your house style via the CONFIGURATION page in SETTINGS.
At the bottom right of this page you have SET CARDS BACKGROUND, where you can select or set your desired colour using a HEX code. You can read how to obtain your house style HEX code here.
What happens when an employee has no profile picture
When an employee has not added a profile picture, their initials will be shown instead.
CrewTip! you can make a profile picture mandatory, by selecting YES for PROFILE PICTURE REQUIRED on the CONFIGURATIONS page in SETTINGS.
What size does the profile picture need to be
To guarantee the best quality, the size of the picture should not be smaller than 512x512px. When a smaller picture is used, it will be expanded to this size which can result in blurry pictures. Larger pictures will be compressed to 512x512px, that way all pictures of the set cards will be the same size.
