Can an employee leave a remark for the planner after the project is completed?

Employees can leave feedback via the timer option, or use the chat function before a project is finalised.

As a general rule, employees are not prompted to leave feedback after a project is completed. However, there is an exception when using the timer option on their mobile device.

Employees who use the timer feature on the mobile app can leave a message after clocking out. This feature allows them to provide feedback for instance if they encounter any issues with their clocked times. Employees who are clocked in by a supervisor or with a tablet will not have this option.

For employees who want to provide general feedback about the project or report issues to the project managers, the chat function in CrewPlanner is available. The chat function remains accessible until a manager finalises the project.
