What happens with the clocked times when switching between summer and winter time (Daylight saving time)?
The times remain as clocked, and a warning is shown for managers to verify accuracy.
Updated over a year agoDuring the switch between summer and winter time, the exact times as clocked by employees are retained. For example, if someone clocks in at 22:00 and clocks out at 05:00, the time recorded will reflect the new time (i.e., winter time). There might be a one-hour difference due to the time change. And similar when switching from winter to summer time.
A warning is displayed on the time registration page to alert managers that the time change has occurred. It is crucial for them to verify that the clocked times are accurate or adjust the registered times accordingly.
