Why can't my manager see inactive employees?
Managers with restricted permissions cannot access inactive employees.
Updated over a year agoIf a manager’s permissions are restricted to specific departments or department groups, they will not be able to see inactive employees. This is because inactive employees are automatically assigned to a separate "department" for inactive employees. Without access to this group, the manager cannot view these employees.
