Introduction
If you want to schedule projects that recur on a regular basis, you do not have to create a new project or copy a previous project. You can simply create a recurring project.

If you wish to create a recurring project, click on these arrows:

CrewTip! First you must enter a company name, then you can create a recurring project. If you create a recurring project and select a company after, you will lose your recurring set up and you will only be creating one project.
Create a recurring project
Once you have entered a customer, click on the arrows and you will see this box:

1. Repeats every: the rule that applies to the recurring project.
A suggestion is already entered by default when creating the recurring project. It reads "Repeats every 1 day (s), ends after 7 repetitions (s)".
2. Repeats:

You have the option to create a repeat on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Depending on your choice, other options appear:
If you select Weekly, you will be asked on which days of the week this project will take place:

By selecting the box to the left of the day, you tick the days on which the project will take place each week.
If you select Monthly, you will get the following options:

-
Either you choose to have your project recur on a specific day in the month (for example: the 5th day of the month).
-
Or you choose to have your project recur on the umpteenth weekday of each month (for example: the 2nd Saturday of the month).

3. Repeat every: every how many days / weeks / months would you like the project to return?
For example: Under Repeats, you set the project to repeat weekly. Then under Repeat every, enter 3. So the project will only return every 3 weeks (this structure will be as follows: week yes - week no - week no - week yes).
4. End recurrence: when does the recurrence of your project stop?
You have 3 options:
-
Never: if you have a project that will take place at the same times throughout the year, you can use this option.
CrewTip! If you have selected this option, but a project will no longer take place in the future, you can delete projects.
-
After X occurence(s)
