Why are fully filled projects still visible to my employees in the app?

In CONFIGURATIONS, if the option "Ask availability for filled shifts" is enabled, employees can still see fully filled projects on the availability page in the app. This allows you to ask for their availability eventhough a project is fully scheduled, making it easier to replace someone if they withdraw from a shift. For more information on these settings, click here.

An employee can see whether a project is full or not by selecting the preference tab on the availability page. In this article you can see how they experience this.
