Introduction
Before setting up contract types in your environment, we recommend that you consult your social secretariat so that you can agree which contract types apply to your company.
In CrewPlanner, you have the option to activate only those contract types that apply to your company.
If you use our legal documents and contract lay-outs modules and the Dimona integration, you can then link the correct legal documents to these different contract types and send Dimona's.
Setting up contract types
From the GENERAL page under SETTINGS, you can select the contract types applicable to your company on the bottom left. You add contract types by ticking them and selecting SAVE.

For general information about for whom and how to file returns, you should consult the government's Social Security website.
If you are using our Dimona link you will find more information in this article.
Available contract types
As mentioned earlier, you can set the contract types you wish to use; we list them here for you:
Full-time or part-time (EMP)
The contract type if you use permanent employees with an open-ended contract.
Fixed-term (FPT)
If you use employees with an indication of a certain day or duration or an event that must occur on a known date, after which the parties are released from their mutual obligations, then you have the fixed-term contract type available.
Independent (Invoice) (IND)
The contract type if you use self-employed workers.
Extra (EXT)
The dimona for the contract type Extra (EXT) is only sent if the Paritair committee is set (group or general) on 302, 144 or 145. Otherwise the dimona of the employee (OTH) is sent.
Flexi-job (FLX)
The assessment of whether the Flexi conditions have been met is the employer's responsibility. (source)
Student (STU)
The STU dimona may not be made if no agreement has been concluded. (source)
