Get started quickly with CrewPlanner!

 

Quick Start Guide

After you have familiarised yourself with the system, we will try to help you get started with the following five steps to get the most out of CrewPlanner.

CrewTip! You must be logged in with your CrewPlanner account to access the shared links.

  1. Set up your departments: By dividing employees into different departments, you can specifically invite and schedule employees (in groups) for projects. Read here about how to set it up.

  2. Invite your Crew: Whether you want to start with employees, colleagues or fake accounts, read how to easily add / invite and manage them in this article.

  3. Create a company: Planning is always linked to a company in CrewPlanner. You don't have to take this name literally, this could be a customer or a location for example. Read all about it here!

  4. Add planning! You can easily map out a day, recurring or week planning with our projects and work schedules. Read all about it and decide what would be the right choice or combination for you to make your planning as quick and easy as possible.

  5. Let's get started with CrewPlanning! Of course we also have a whole support page written out for our Crew-App.
