Introduction

In DASHBOARD, you have several modules at your disposal, one of which is REQUIRED ATTENTION. Here you will be notified of projects that require your attention and for which you need to take action.

Don't see the dashboard module NEEDS ATTENTION? See our article on Dashboard to customize your modules.

Below we discuss which notifications you can receive and what actions you need to take for them.

Withdrawal request

If you use the EMPLOYEE WITHDRAW functionality in CONFIGURATION, you will be notified of a request to withdraw an employee's availability in the NEEDS ATTENTION module.

You will immediately see clearly for which project the withdrawal was requested. If you select this project in the module, you will be directed to the project overview.

Next to the employee's name you will see a red icon with an exclamation mark, which refers to the withdrawal that has been requested. If you place your cursor on this icon, this will also be stated in a pop-up.

You can now schedule this person out and replace them with another employee.

Project requires approval

When you have assigned a company manager account to one of your customers, they have the option to request projects through their account. However, these projects must be approved or rejected by you or one of your co-managers.

Therefore, this request for approval will also appear in the NEEDS ATTENTION module.

A manager can access the project by selecting it, and then approve or reject it. As soon as action has been taken, the company manager receives a notification.

After approving a project, the manager does still need to select shift departments by editing the project, as will be discussed below.

Approve recurring project

If you want to approve a project in the project overview, but you do not have the option to do so and you see the icon below next to the project date, then the project is part of a recurring project:

To approve this project, select this icon and you will be directed to the master project on the next page, where you can approve or reject all projects.

Department(s) unknown

As soon as you have approved a request for a new project and you do not immediately assign a department to the new shifts. You will see a notification in NEEDS ATTENTION.

Once you edit the project via the pencil icon and assign the correct departments to the shifts, this notification will disappear.

Project requires approval

Once an employee has been invited, you can schedule them even if they have not yet completed the registration process or their profile has not yet been approved. However, in order to process Dimonas or contracts for this person, the employee must have completed the registration and the profile must be approved. Therefore, from 7 days before the project takes place, you will receive a notification of this in NEEDS ATTENTION.

Once you select the project, this will be indicated in the project overview by a red dot with an exclamation mark next to this employee's name. This allows you to take the necessary action, such as approving the profile or scheduling another employee. More information on how to approve a profile can be found here.
